Excellent Advice!
When you pick up your pet, or we deliver your
pet back home to you, the excitement and happiness of being
reunited with you and being in their own home once again can
last for several hours after leaving our facility.
It is a good idea to withhold food and water
for a few hours to avoid possible vomiting and loose bowels.
Provide smaller amounts of food and water after a period until
they have settled once again into their home routine.
Please Note:
The daily fee applies the day of drop-off,
regardless of the time.
Drop-off times are Monday-Thursday and Saturday
8:00am-4:00pm.
Friday and Sunday 8:00am to 6:00pm
During high season booking periods, such as
Christmas, summer holidays, or long-weekends, we require a
$20.00 non-refundable deposit.

held responsible for items you choose to leave behind.
Rooms are washed daily, and everything has to be
moved. Items may get wet/soiled/destroyed.
